Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Coordinator to handle administrative tasks for the Collections Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and submit Loss Mitigation program requests from collectors
  • Conduct skip tracing to locate borrowers' contact information
  • Coordinate collection efforts with vendors for site visits and legal demand letters
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, collections, financial services, or a relevant field
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple requests
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on both short- and long-term objectives
