Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Coordinator to manage administrative tasks within the Collections Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and submit Loss Mitigation program requests, ensuring proper qualification and auditing updates
  • Utilize skip tracing tools to locate borrowers through new contact information
  • Coordinate collection efforts with vendors for site visits, system disconnects, and legal demand letters
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, collections, financial services, or a relevant field
