Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Delivery Analyst to support the implementation and management of Delinquency Management solution projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate client meetings to discuss project requirements and specifications
• Assist in the implementation process by coordinating technical tasks and ensuring timely delivery
• Provide post-implementation support and maintain client relationships through regular updates

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience in Delinquency Management
• Three years of related experience in the payment processing industry
• Thorough understanding of Collections and Vendor setup processes
