Key Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates daily operations of the collections team to ensure timely and accurate collections

• Handles complex collection cases and collaborates with internal departments to resolve disputes

Required Qualifications

• Education: H.S. Diploma or GED
• Experience: 5-7 years of collections experience in a medical facility or acute-care hospital
• Preferred Education: Associate's Degree or higher
