Collections Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Lead to drive the execution and improvement of collections and accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collections initiatives to improve cash conversion and reduce delinquency
• Design and implement improvements to collections workflows and internal controls for compliance
• Analyze collections performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or finance operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven success in owning complex initiatives as an individual contributor
• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and billing/collections tools
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and revenue recognition principles
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and variance analysis
