Collections Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures daily accomplishments work towards company goals for AR management and bad debt reduction
• Reviews in-scope adjustment requests for accuracy and approves adjustments
• Provides in-depth analysis on adjustment trends and collaborates with department leadership for improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; some college is a plus
• A minimum of one (1) year experience in medical collections with knowledge of managed care and insurance reimbursement
• Working knowledge of automated billing systems; experience with CPR+ preferred
• Solid Microsoft Office skills required, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to independently obtain and interpret information
