Collections Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Lead to manage account portfolios and ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct collection efforts for facility-level accounts and reconcile balance variances
• Provide customer service by explaining bills and following up on past due accounts
• Identify at-risk accounts and collaborate with management to resolve account balances

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate, GED, or equivalent experience
• One year of billing and/or collections experience
• Experience in third-party billing or collections in the healthcare industry preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Webex, MS Teams, and basic computer knowledge
• Medical billing and coding experience desired
