Collections Lead

Job Summary

Serving as the subject matter expert for the collections team, the full-time remote Collections Lead will manage escalated patient calls, train new employees, and support department efficiencies while embodying company values.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary trainer for new and existing employees and handle escalated calls from patients
• Create, interpret, and monitor Salesforce reports to drive team performance
• Establish payment plans, process payments, and resolve billing questions or errors

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
• Current or past experience in a high-volume collections setting
• Experience with ExactCare/AnewHealth collections processes is highly preferred
• Proficiency in CRM, particularly Salesforce, and phone systems like Five9
• Strong leadership skills and experience in conflict resolution and customer service
