Collections Lead - Provider Escalation

Job Summary

Managing complex provider escalation accounts, the full-time salaried Collections Lead - Provider Escalation will drive resolution efforts through the claims and appeals process while collaborating with healthcare provider representatives to ensure timely account resolution in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes collection activities, adjusting strategies to meet department goals
• Resolves escalated collection cases by negotiating payment arrangements and collaborating with internal departments
• Develops and implements process improvements to enhance collection efficiency and reduce outstanding receivables

Required qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or higher preferred
• 5-7 years of collections experience in a medical facility, ambulatory surgery facility, or acute-care hospital required
