Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Collections Manager to coach and develop collectors while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, train, and develop collectors to maximize results while adhering to policies and procedures
• Hold collectors accountable for performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews
• Manage workload to ensure daily and monthly targets are achieved

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in collections or financial services
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a consumer collection management role
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Strong leadership skills to motivate employees
• Knowledge of collection industry regulations
