Collections Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit and Collections Manager 2 to supervise associates and manage operational procedures within Receivables Risk Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, manage performance, and ensure optimal debt recovery outcomes
• Oversee High Value at Risk (HVAR) accounts and execute late-stage recovery strategies
• Identify and implement process improvements while collaborating with internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or 3+ years of equivalent experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in Receivables/Collections
• Deep understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
• Experience in collections or debt recovery, particularly in late-stage debt
• Familiarity with AI/automation technologies and advanced reconciliation skills
