Collections Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the collections function to drive cash performance and improve working capital
• Manage collections KPIs and develop strategies for a portfolio of over $300M
• Implement process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the Order-to-Cash process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing an Accounts Receivable or Collections team
• Experience leading teams of 3 or more direct reports
• Solid understanding of B2B collections and the order-to-cash process
• Proven analytical skills and ability to develop sustainable remediation plans
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of MS Office
