Collections Manager

Job Summary

Leading a global team of Collections Specialists, the remote Collections Manager will drive team performance and cash flow improvement while directly managing escalated accounts and complex situations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global team, establishing performance expectations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Oversee collection efforts on past-due accounts, personally managing complex escalations and guiding team prioritization based on aging reports
• Identify trends affecting payment delays and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance collection performance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B collections experience, including hands-on account management
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing a global team of 4 or more
• Proven success in building and elevating collections teams while remaining actively involved in operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and support cash flow forecasting
• Experience using collection, ERP, and reporting systems
