Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of collectors to meet performance and compliance goals
• Monitor KPIs, conduct call monitoring, and provide actionable feedback for performance improvement
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory compliance while managing escalated accounts

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in third-party collections or equivalent
• Demonstrated supervisory or people-leadership capability
• Proven success in hiring, training, and managing performance
• Strong knowledge of debt collection laws and industry best practices
• High School Diploma or GED required
