Collections Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing collections team
• Manage all collection activities, including customer outreach and dispute resolution
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer account issues and collaborate with internal departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of collections or accounts receivable experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of collections and dispute management processes
• Proficiency with ERP and A/R systems
