Collections Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Manager to oversee accounts receivable collections for a Specialty Infusion Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee collection activities and monitor aging reports to maximize timely payments
• Ensure compliance with regulations and collaborate with teams to resolve payer issues
• Supervise and develop collection staff, providing training and support as needed

Required Qualifications

• Previous home infusion and specialty pharmacy experience required
• 5+ years of healthcare collections or revenue cycle experience with leadership responsibilities
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, reimbursement processes, and medical terminology
• Experience with CPR+/CareTend systems preferred
