Collections Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of collections professionals, the full-time remote Collections Manager will oversee end-to-end B2B collections activities, focusing on performance management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance collections results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing collections team, including recruiting and performance management
• Drive reductions in past-due AR balances and establish operational KPIs using analytics to identify trends
• Own end-to-end collections operations, including account management, escalation handling, and quality control

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in B2B credit and collections, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of improving collections metrics such as days overdue and dispute resolution cycle time
• Expertise in the full order-to-cash process, including cash applications and accounting for bad debt
• Experience with collections and financial systems like Zuora, HighRadius, Salesforce, and proficiency in Excel
• Strong operational focus with the ability to build and refine collections workflows and leverage automation tools
