Collections Manager

Job Summary

Building and leading a collections team, the full-time remote Collections Manager will oversee the execution of the collections program, manage third-party agency relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while driving performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Build, hire, and lead the Personal Loans collections team, including supervisors and collectors
• Own the execution of the collections program across delinquency stages and partner with Risk on strategy
• Manage third-party collection agency relationships, including selection, onboarding, and performance management

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consumer lending collections or loan servicing, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience managing third-party collection agencies and driving performance through data
• Strong knowledge of collections compliance and regulatory requirements, including FDCPA
• Experience in cross-functional communication with teams such as Risk, Product, Legal, and Compliance
• Ability to build and scale teams and processes in an evolving environment
