Collections Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collection Manager to oversee and support the Collections Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and supervise Collection Officers
• Ensure accurate performance of Collections Officers and optimize metric achievement
• Manage relationships with external Collection Agencies

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of customer service management experience with high call volumes
• 2-4 years of collections or business/accounting related work experience
• Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) desired
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to train, supervise, and develop a team and work independently
