Collections Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Manager - Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance evaluations on Collector phone calls and provide feedback
• Manage collector staffing ratios and analyze daily collection results to ensure production goals are met
• Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance reviews for Collectors and Team Leaders

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 2 years of previous collections experience required; 4 years preferred
• Two years of successful management experience, preferably in a collections environment
• Thorough knowledge of FDCPA and state collection laws preferred
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
