Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery Resolution Specialist (Collections).

Key Responsibilities

Prepares and sends collection letters to providers according to policy
Follows up on outstanding claims by contacting providers and verifying claim statuses
Investigates claim disputes and escalates issues as necessary

Required Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent education
1 to 3 years of prior collections or customer service experience
Billing or coding experience preferred
Required knowledge of Microsoft applications
