Collections Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Recovery Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Electronically review insurance policies and claims to identify balances due from policyholders
• Perform daily problem solving on previously billed invoices and support the internal recovery department
• Conduct follow-up phone calls and emails to secure payment on outstanding balances

Qualifications and Requirements

• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Computer skills with the ability to keyboard 45 words per minute
• Telephone expertise in collections or customer service preferred but not required
• Background in the insurance industry is a plus but not required
• Bilingual is a huge plus
