Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative (IA).

Key Responsibilities

• Contact consumers with past due balances to negotiate payment arrangements
• Participate in virtual training to learn technology, laws, and call negotiation techniques
• Transition to performance-based compensation and potentially full commission based on collected fees

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in resolving challenging customer situations
• Professional communication skills suitable for conflict resolution
• Ability to self-manage in a remote office environment
• Private workspace and reliable internet connection are mandatory
• Experience in medical or other bill collection is a plus but not required
