Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve outstanding payer balances by understanding payer policies and appealing or resubmitting claims
• Participate in team meetings to share knowledge and recommend process improvements
• Ensure timely resolution of assigned accounts to maximize reimbursement in compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of healthcare back-end revenue cycle experience (billing, collections, or A/R)
• Experience working with Medicare on denied healthcare claims
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility during business hours
