Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage aging and soft collections for an assigned portfolio of 800-1000+ accounts via telephone and email
• Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, payments, and account information
• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls and processing inquiries through the ticketing system

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a credit and collections environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with customer data analysis for credit decisions
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and Cforia experience
