Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative to manage billing and claims processes remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with departmental business rules and standard operating procedures
• Review and research insurance follow-up and denied claims using multiple systems
• Conduct outbound calls to payors for claim status and collaborate with departments on claims issues

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in collections, billing, or healthcare claims
• Experience using computers and Microsoft tools (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during standard business hours
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (bilingual)
