Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Third-Party AR by analyzing denied and un-responded claims
• Make outbound calls to insurance carriers to appeal and check claims status
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to reconcile and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to create and modify spreadsheets within Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST from Monday - Friday
