Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative who will manage accounts and ensure timely payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage aging and soft collections for a portfolio of 800-1000+ accounts via telephone and email
• Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, payments collected, and customer information
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and processing requests

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a credit and collections environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with customer data analysis for credit decisions
• Familiarity with Cforia is preferred
