Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Receives and resolves calls from patients, insurance companies, and other departments within a call center setting
• Coordinates the resolution of unpaid accounts and processes payments
• Documents collection activities and updates incomplete account information

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of healthcare customer experience
• Experience with computers and Windows-based programs
• Ability to work Monday - Friday during specified hours, with potential for occasional overtime
