Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage aging and soft collections for a portfolio of 800-1000+ accounts via telephone and email
• Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, payments collected, and customer information
• Provide customer service by responding to inbound calls and processing inquiries from the ticketing system

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a credit and collections environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Working knowledge of credit and collections processes
• Experience with Cforia is preferred
