Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assigned external clients
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve client business concerns
• Manage portfolio and reduce accounts receivable over 90 days

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• 3+ years of experience in billing collections
• 1+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a medical office or call center
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
