Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls regarding patient billing inquiries and payment processing
• Research and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints
• Develop relationships with payers and other departments to ensure timely resolution of claims

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in pharmacy claim collections or related fields
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling
