Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect on delinquent accounts for workers' compensation and other insurance policies
• Manage payment commitments and documentation requests from insureds and agents
• Provide customer service and explain audit results to clients and agents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills are essential for this role
• Experience in collections or related field is preferred
• Ability to manage accounts outsourced to collection agencies or attorneys
• Experience in handling disputes and audit-related issues
