Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers and process payments on accounts
• Manage customer accounts by sending invoices and setting up autopay
• Comply with FDCPA and assist management with special projects

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA degree preferred
• Dedicated workspace free from distractions
• Internet speed of at least 10 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload
• Call Center or Collections experience preferred
