Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative to support the recovery of outstanding student account balances.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outbound communication efforts through phone outreach and written notices to resolve delinquent student accounts
• Partner with students and co-makers to understand payment challenges and guide them toward repayment solutions
• Maintain accurate records of account activity and ensure co-signers are informed of their financial responsibilities

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience or training
• At least three years of experience in collections, customer service, or a comparable financial or administrative role
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
