Collections Representative

Job Summary

Utilizing various collection strategies, the full-time hourly Collections Representative I will contact consumers to negotiate payment arrangements on debt while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review accounts in the assigned queue to determine the next course of action for resolving delinquent accounts
• Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate consumers and negotiate payment terms effectively
• Document accounts accurately and participate in continuous improvement training sessions to enhance collection techniques

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of collections or sales experience preferred
• High school education or GED equivalent
