Collections Representative

Job Summary

To support client collections, the full-time Call Center Collections Representative will handle high-value business-to-business collection calls and emails while working remotely after an initial onsite equipment pick-up in Allentown, PA.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage business-to-business communication and collections via phone and email
• Place outbound calls to debtors regarding outstanding debts and collect on aged accounts
• Meet department productivity and quality standards while building lasting relationships with clients and team members

Required qualifications:

• At least 1 year of collections experience required
• 2+ years of previous call center and strong customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
• Strong analytical skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
