Collections Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past due accounts while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts
• Deliver top-tier support and service to customers
• Participate in mandatory virtual training for five weeks upon hire

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service and collections
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work in a designated home-based workspace with a quiet environment
• Proficiency in computer and typing skills, with experience using multiple software applications
• Must be located within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, TX
