Collections Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Collections Representative will manage inbound customer calls, process payments, and maintain customer accounts while delivering excellent service and adhering to compliance regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers and process payments on various accounts
• Manage customer accounts by sending invoices, setting up autopay, and preventing account suspensions
• Maintain compliance with FDCPA and other relevant laws while assisting management with special projects

Required qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA degree preferred
• Call Center or Collections experience preferred
• Dedicated workspace free from distractions with internet speed of at least 10 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts and operate multiple technology platforms simultaneously
