Collections Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, Texas, the full-time Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past due accounts while providing top-tier customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Participate in mandatory virtual training and adhere to scheduled shifts

Required qualifications

• Previous customer service and collections experience with strong interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, and must be 18 years or older
• Proficiency in computer and typing skills, with experience using multiple software applications
• Experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Ability to work from a designated home workspace with a reliable wired internet connection
