Collections Representative

Job Summary

To support the Collections department's debt recovery efforts, the remote Collections Representative will initiate collection calls, arrange payment plans, and manage a large volume of patient accounts while adhering to FDCPA and HIPAA guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate daily collection calls and arrange payments for outstanding balances
• Set up payment plans for debtors unable to repay in full and send correspondence regarding delinquent accounts
• Provide updates to management and coordinate with the legal department on skip tracing and asset location

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Motivated by weekly goals and monthly quotas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• High level of integrity, dependability, and results-oriented mindset
