Collections Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Collections Representative will manage customer accounts to resolve past-due balances through ethical recovery strategies and effective negotiation while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to discuss and resolve open customer accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements empathetically and professionally while adhering to scripts and policies
• Meet monthly performance and recovery goals while maintaining positive relationships with customers

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior contact center or customer service experience is required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
• Ability to type accurately at 20+ words per minute
