A company is looking for a Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact consumers with past due balances to negotiate payment arrangements
• Assist consumers in resolving outstanding balances with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain a reliable schedule while working remotely or from the office

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and resolving challenging situations
• Ability to self-manage in a remote work environment
• Private workspace and reliable internet connection required
• Experience in medical or other bill collection is preferred but not mandatory
• No absences allowed during training period
