Collections Representative - MN Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative to manage patient accounts and payment resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve calls from patients, insurance companies, and other departments
• Coordinate the resolution of unpaid accounts and create payment arrangements
• Document collection activities and update account information

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications
• 1+ years of healthcare customer experience
• Ability to work Monday - Friday during specified hours
