Collections Representative - MN/WI

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Collections Representative to work remotely in Minnesota or Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve calls from patients, insurance companies, and other departments
• Coordinate the resolution of unpaid accounts and process payments
• Document collection activities and create payment arrangements with patients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of healthcare customer experience
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during specified business hours
• Equipment pickup required if residing within 2 hours of Minneapolis, MN, otherwise equipment will be shipped
