Collections Representative (UT)

Job Summary

Working remotely within a 60-mile radius of Draper, UT, the full-time Collections Representative (UT) will manage inbound and outbound calls to collect on past due accounts while providing top-tier support to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls for account collections
• Deliver exceptional customer support and service
• Participate in a mandatory 5-week virtual training program

Required qualifications

• Prior customer service and collections experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work with multiple software applications simultaneously
• Must be 18 years or older
• Stable wired internet connection meeting specified speed requirements
