Collections Representative (UT)

Job Summary

To support the growth of the company, the full-time Collections Representative (UT) will manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past-due accounts while providing top-tier customer support, working remotely within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Participate in mandatory virtual training and adhere to scheduled shifts

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service and collections with strong interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a minimum age of 18
• Proficiency in computer and typing skills, with experience using multiple software applications
• Experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Ability to work from home with a designated workspace and reliable wired internet connection
