Collections Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Resolution Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact delinquent customers via phone and email to resolve outstanding debt
• Negotiate repayment terms and process payments to resolve delinquency
• Maintain documentation of collection activities and handle billing discrepancies

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years collections experience in consumer or commercial collections
• General knowledge of collections laws and regulations
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking to delinquent customers
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• High attention to detail
