Collections Single Point of Contact

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for a remote position with an 11AM-8PM EST shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage loans in loss mitigation and handle inbound and outbound calls related to payment arrangements
• Explain loss mitigation options and maintain communication with clients and internal departments
• Participate in continuing education and ensure best practices are followed in the collection process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2-4 years of experience in mortgage servicing or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Protection Act
• Ability to learn regulations and guidelines relevant to the role
