Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist to join their collections team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze transactions for compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Maintain and reconcile accounts to ensure timely receipt of payments
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies while updating customer files
